HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Travelist has partnered with global suppliers in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. Our products are shipped from the warehouse closest to the customer in order to provide the fastest delivery at the best price.

We offer international shipping options too - however, we do not ship to: China, South Sudan, Yemen, Crimea, and Syria.

ORDER TRACKING

Whether you choose standard or express delivery, you can follow your order's progress online. We will always provide you with a tracking number after the order is shipped.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement! 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code. This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, is entered during the purchase process.

These credit cards are accepted at all of our stores and websites.
